Essential Plan - $39.99/Month

Our entry-level service plan makes the Westchester Audio/Video Design Group support team available 24/7/365. We know you are using your technology after business hours. If anything ever goes wrong with your system long after the business day has ended, the Essential Plan allows you to receive instant support through a 24/7/365 text or email platform (which ever is more convenient for you). Should a service call be required, that 48-hour response time that’s included for all of our clients decreases to same-day or next-day support on business days, as well.

One other significant benefit of the Essential Plan is keeping your system up-to-date. As a smart home installer, although we are providing you with the latest and most tech-forward solutions, our basic support does not include important system updates. This means that even after a short period of time, your system could stop working. As a solution to this, the Essential Plan includes complimentary software and firmware updates, as well as an annual system maintenance appointment in which our team will go into your home and ensure your technology is working properly.

Best of all, our Essential Plan also includes a free annual tutorial; a refresher course on your system’s controls and features so you can rest assured that you are always making the most of your home technology system.

Enhanced Plan - $59.99/month

Our premier customer support plan includes everything we offer in the Essential Plan as well as other complimentary services that bring extra value to your home’s technology system. Firstly, the 24/7/365 text and email support provided in the Essential Plan increases to 24/7/365 phone support as well, providing you with live support for your system no matter the hour or day. Should any issue ever arise with your system, our Enhanced Plan ensures someone from the Westchester Audio/Video Design Group team always will be able to assist you.

Should emergency service for your system be necessary, the Enhanced Plan also is the only support plan we offer that includes Saturday service, as well. The Enhanced Plan also includes an exclusive 20 percent discount on all services calls.

Finally, our Enhanced Plan also includes 24/7/365 proactive system management. What does that mean for you? We’ll proactively monitor your home’s technology remotely and troubleshoot issues before you potentially even notice them. With proactive monitoring of your system, you can rest assured that your technology always will be performing properly; and in the event something does go wrong, you won’t even need to worry because our team will already have a plan to support you.
